Axitec Solar Panels Review We have been selling Axitec Solar Panels since Q3 2021. Customers who purchase the Axitec Solar Panels in the solar system package have commented how ‘Premium’ they look – Whatever that means, but if it makes the customer happy, we’ll take it! Axitec makes customers say that they ‘look like a premium solar panel’ because they are all black-framed. Customers absolutely froth on the whole ‘black-frame’ thing. If you are installing Silver framed solar panels on a home in 2022, it just doesn’t look ‘Premium’ apparently. I don’t know. This industry moves so quickly that I am embarrassed to admit that I do learn quite a bit of it from our over-enthusiastic customers, but how good is that! Late February, 2021, LG made a quiet announcement on their website that they were no longer manufacturing solar panels anymore. Most of us retailers that sold LG solar panels actually learned of this via social media and various news websites. We weren’t emailed by LG themselves. One could be forgiven thinking that LG’s website was actually hacked, given that just a few weeks earlier they were talking up their new panels and how excited they were to see the new NeON H+ hit the market. After not being contacted by anyone from LG I wrote a post on LinkedIN, which I’d rather not share here. The post basically had me write about my confusion as to what exactly is going on with LG Solar Panels. I have at least one customer who I know of that has paid a deposit for LG panels whilst waiting for their roof restoration….

We have stopped selling Chinese Solar Panels for the moment

We have made a decision to stop selling Chinese Solar panels as we head into the Summer of 2020. We will continue to supply Chinese inverters as we believe that the Chinese inverters have improved, whereas we have been put off with the recent plummeting prices of Chinese manufactured solar panels. In July 2020 we also replaced our first solar system. The Hannover solar panels were damaged with the rain and water had started to get in all the panels. These panels were installed in 2016. The system lasted just 4 years! The customer had his cheap solar panels replaced with Astronergy solar panels. Let’s hope we get somewhere near the 25 year performance warranty that is promised with these solar panels. Luckily these panels were bought and sourced from a well known Australian distributor. This way they were replaced under warranty very swiftly. What makes us scared is the….
